IGEN useless staff!

They've grown to big for their shoes to look after the people that's keeping them alive! Loads of complaints from bad service or no service since they got rid of their nappies. Complaining, complaining, complaining gets you nowhere. Occasionally theirs a guy JP, that's actually his salt worth that gets you on your way. They changed my account, without my knowledge or permission to suite their new "style of business." Put me on "packages" i never agreed to. Connection being cut for "none payment." Telling me the agreement i'm referring to does not exist... Go figure. Today a person that calls herself Tracy, barks at me like a ***** on heat, on the previous matter mentioned, which i had to stop to ask... hello! Who are you screaming at me!? Then long stories of policies changing since merging with another company... (what!?) So its ok to change things to suite you without the knowledge of your feeders!? Uncalled for. I left Aerosat on the same theatrics. Got rid of the diapers and merged with another company in jhb. My connection was cut to only find out i haven't paid them in 6 months! So they wait that long to for me to contact them and ask wheres the money??? To find out they changed the banking details. (No notification) It was impossible to get hold of any CEO to handle the matter, then someone had the same aggressive gall to try and twist my arm for the money. I had proof of the efts. They're defense... You should check your bank account! If i leave Igen... where do i go? They are becoming like doctors. Everyone's a doctor but they cant treat you and only send you massive bills. Where is the service!?
