Igen Internet Service

For the last five years we have been customers of Igen Internet service.First four years with no worries or complaints,but the last year the after sale service and cal centre service sucks.Most of the time we cant even use our Andriod TV box.But must also praise the field technician,Lourens for always assisting and really helping and fixing.Unfortunately he can only assist if he receives a jobcard.If only the call centre employees and other technicians were also doing their job properly like him.He gets ????????????????????.They always say they will phone you back,but hardly ever do.Overall its a good internet service just struggling to get propper Tech support.
