connection problems

Having problems with our connection since December2021, ticket lodged 5 January 2022 phoned today 11/01/2022 and no one has attended the ticket, this is so frustrating as we are having problems with our connection time and again. Paying a huge amount for connection but most of the time does not have limited or none.
