Bad service from igen Port Elizabeth

I app**** for Wi-Fi installation and paid connection fees. Igen sent out someone to do the installation. They could not see their tower from my house and sent out a technician a week after that. The technician experienced the same problem and told me he would put in a notice for a refund. I phoned to enquire about the refund two days after the technician could not assist me. The lady at accounts department said on Friday 14 February 2020 they would do the refund on Monday 17 February 2020. I phoned them in the morning on Monday. No one could assist me so I left my number for them to phone me back. In the afternoon still I had to phone them back only after I called the lady at account said the money was paid in at 10 o'clock that morning but it will not be available. I ask to talk to a supervisor or manager but none of them was available. I was really not happy with the service I got from igen Port Elizabeth
