IExchange vacation club

You are requested to bank early, told to book early. I tried to book accommodation for Feb/Mar 2021 in May 2020 and was told that the bookings for 2021 would only open sometime in July 2020. When pressed for a date they could not supply one. How does one plan for a holiday 6 months in advance. STUPID, STUPID. No more banking with them, unhelpful and slightly arrogant. I've got it, you try get it.
