I just want to say that dealing with iExchange makes booking holidays so easy with great options. The consultant was friendly and very knowledagble. We've had several fantastic holidays through iExchange and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable holiday exchange service.

I have been a member of iExchange for many years. It is an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. Every time I have asked a question via email I have received prompt, helpful information. In this day and age of bad service it is so refreshing to have staff that are "on the ball". Well done iExchange on employing well trained and efficient people.

We booked a holiday at Blue Marlin
We booked a holiday at Blue Marlin. It stated all inclusive. After we have booked we were informed it is only accommodation. I complained and my points were refunded but I was informed that my deposit will be held as a credit. I objected because we are going to use two years from now. I requested a payout but no reaction at all. I have requested twice.

I would like to highly commend Mr Eugene van der Walt of iExchange for the excellent work he did in helping me to make a booking through iExchange. There were some snags which he had to resolve. He was very helpful, friendly, patient and professional. He helped me by calling me a few times, giving advice and keeping me up to date with progress. It was a pleasure dealing with him
