I was assisted by Leandre Kayle Berry, and if this rating were based solely on her service, it would be a 5/5. Leandre was truly excellent — she went above and beyond to help me and my family with our complicated booking, and we are extremely grateful for her support.

However, the overall rating reflects the experience with the business itself, and unfortunately, I had to deduct a star. The booking process, especially for larger or multiple bookings, is overly stressful and complicated, which took away from the overall experience.
