Breach of contract

Ixchange is a company that does not keep to their word. I singed a contract to upgrade my ownership of my unit to a 2 bedroom unit. All extra fees were paid by myself as asked.. I singed to have my points upgraded to 4169 points. I am now told by GRAYSTON (Manager) that my unit was down graded and i will now only get 2100 points.
