Worst insurance company EVER!

Worst, most dreadful and disgusting insurance company on planet earth. STAY AWAY ! No customer service and no communication ability whatsoever. Don’t bother looking up their contact numbers, nobody answers. Don’t bother emailing them, they don’t reply. Don’t bother using their online contact form, it doesn’t get delivered and/or nobody reads them. Don’t bother for communication about pay-outs, they will simply not pay you and not say anything. You will have to ask for annual pay-outs and if you do query them about it, you will never receive an answer. In my 7/8 emails that I’ve typed I have no answers to my 3 questions. Normally they will pay you a dividend by the end of November each year, not anymore. They require you to fill in a manual form for their so called “rewards system” with information they already have and then must sign and email it back not knowing what they do with the form as they can’t answer me on the POPI Act query what they do with forms and sell it off to someone else, who knows? So now you will not receive annual pay-outs anymore you have to register online for their ******* “rewards system” (which they don’t tell you about) on a website where the registration system doesn’t work. Trying this registration on four different browsers and two PCs and one notebook, to no avail. According to the website I’m not a customer with them although they deduct monthly premiums. Don’t bother asking for help, you won’t get any. Stay clear of Iemas.
