Worst company to do business with you

I have been trying to contact Iemas Insurance Brokers for three days . You wait for hours on end, listening to the same music on the phone, over and over again. When you do get a direct number from their Customer service Manager, the phone is still not answered, and you have no other choice but to phone their customer care line again, and keep holding for hours.
