worse company to lend from

I had a loan with the company for 4 years now I am left with 1 month on my loan instalments have been paying them on time and with no Hussle. I have sent an a whtsao text since last month asking for the balance as i new my loan was going to be finished soon. They never respond to me when i select the potion that i want assistance with.
