Well done for an excellent service Trevor Shabangu

I have had a pleasure of receiving assistance from Trevor Shabangu when I was applying for vehicle finance.

What a pleasure it was, it is extremely rare to find someone so thorough and diligent - he gave me a first class customer service.

He actually stayed behind on Friday (25th of October) to ensure that my contract is finalized, at 16h30 he was still in the office assisting me. IEMAS is extremely lucky to have such a dedicated employee. He took the concept of putting the customer first to a whole new level.

I will like to ask management to extend an individual recognition award to Trevor Shabangu for his dedication, excellent customer service and for placing the customer at the center of what IEMAS does.
