We have lodged claims for insurance over a month ago

We have lodged claims for insurance over a month ago. We were assisted by one Mr Bheki Khoza. One of the claims were paid out. But we are not getting ANY feedback regarding the other claims. After numerous unanswered emails to Mr Khoza, we are nowhere near an answered. We even contacted a few other people at iemas without ANY luck. The external assessor is ready to pay out one of the claims but iemas REFUSE to answer to her queries as well. This is the pathetic kind of service a member of over 40 years receives from Iemas!
