Violation of Personal Information

I am absolutely shocked at what is happening with my policies at Iemas. On 17/12/2020 I sent an email requesting for my home and car insurance to be canceled. I have not received a single response. There is now correspondence between a Mr. Schofield and Iemas consultants divulging all my policy and account information with absolutely no consent from my self. Is this not *******? Worst of all the consultants Monique Maple and Amanda Devraj are taking instruction regarding my policies from this man and I have no say in any of this? What on earth is this?
