very poor customer service from Iemas financial services

Vehicle finance declined after i already traded my car because the consultant advised that i have been approved, took my car in to the dealer. my car is still with the dealer and they will not release it unless i pay R13 000.00. this is all due to the mail i received from the consutant advising that my finance was approved and that we are just waiting for the contract, very, very poor customer relations
