Vehicle claim nightmare!
IEMAS is my broker through which I am insured with Mutual and Federal. On 17 November 2015 I put in a claim for my Lexus regarding water damage. On 20 November 2015 M&F sent a truck to take my vehicle away. I learned that my vehicle was moved to M&F's Itek yard
