Value added product on sort term insurance not terminated after policy terminated.

I took up insurance with Iemas Short Term Insurance starting at 29/01/2003, I cancelled my insurance with Iemas Short Term Insurance on the 30/04/2017. I had a value added product they insisted on fitting a tracking device for me from Tracker. After canceling my insurance with Iemas Short Term Insurance on 30/04/2017 I was surprise to see that my credit record shows a Tracker not paid record (30, 60 and 90 days in arrears) and to top this a handed over record stating that Tracker was not paid for the last few months. I emailed Iemas Short Term Insurance in this regard, they confirmed that they always cancel the tracker when a contract is terminated I am not happy at all, because my credit report is affected by this and it is certainly not my fault that Tracker is not been paid. I want Iemas Short Term Insurance to rectify this with their value added partner Tracker and have Tracker rectify my credit record immediately and send me proof thereof.
