utterly disgusted to say the least!

i have contacted IEMAS several times now, via email and phone without any joy! i had a purchase card with iemas for emergencies and closed it due to the card reflecting on my credit score. it was closed in SEPTEMBER. it still reflects on my credit score after i was promised it would be updated end of Jan. this is really pathetic, you're fast to update any loans etc on the credit score but terrible at updating it when nothing is owed.
