Unprocessed claim

Hi, I filled for a vehicle claim with on the 3 Jan 2022 till now,no response so on the 11 Jan '22 I decided to enquire about the status of that claim. My call wàs transferred from pillar to post that day until I called 12 Jan were I found out I didn't make any claim.

What Iemas is doing is so frustrating and no one owns up to anything!
