Unnecessary black listed

I have purchase a vehicle, through Iemas Financial service. The payment arrangement was to pay via salary deduction every month. Every month my employer is deduting money to send to iemas every month. My problem is that, yesterday 30th December 2019 I was busy making credit at Capitec bank only to find that my name is red on credit bearu. I was told that my account with iemas is in errors with R10 459. Thereafter, I was denied credit because of the errors with iemas.

My question is, how does my account with iemas become in errors while my employer is deducting my money every month and send to iemas? How do i get black listed on credit bearu while payment is being deducted from my salary every month? Their service is very poor.

Iemas must quickly resolve this issue, because i need money to secure accomodation for my son. Otherwise it will be too late. They must also remove my name immadately from credit bearu. Lastly, they must apologise to me for turnishing my credit record unnecessarly
