Unhappy with incorrect debit order's going through our account as well as a vehicle removed from my policy without my permission and a an sudden amendment to my policy because the premium rating on the vehicle being to low and now I must pay an extra R115-73 on the insurance but I was quoted an amount and excepted that was quoted. Who's fault is this?? NOt prepared to pay for *********** people working for the companies mistakes. As this is now starting to get a regular issue with mistakes made on your policy.
