UNHAPPY AND FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER

In November 2018 I approached Iemas for a personal loan. Before obtaining the money they paid up my existing debts and the balance was given to me. The issue I am now experiencing is that I owed a company called CASH CONNECTIONS, Iemas has paid up the debt and have forwarded me a PAYMENT REQUISITION document as proof. I am still currently listed on ITC for that debt, CASH CONNECTIONS Advised me that they do no accept the PAYMENT REQUISITION DOCUMENT as proof. Iemas needs to obtain their bank statement for that period and forward that proof to CASH CONNECTIONS. It's unfair that I am still listed on ITC for an account that has already been paid up.

I am very frustrated over this and need Iemas to sort this out immediately!

I am being pushed back and forth between departments but still no satisfaction. They need to liaise with CASH CONNECTIONS and sort this out as it is affecting my ability to obtain credit etc...
