Unfavourable working conditions and unpaid commissions- A Horrible Experience!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working in the FAS department at iMas Finance in Richards Bay. Unfortunately, my time there was marked by unfavorable working conditions that made it difficult to perform my duties effectively. The environment was stressful, and it was clear that employee well-being wasn't a priority.

To add insult to injury, I was not paid out the commissions I had earned from sales made prior to my departure. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, the issue remained unresolved, leaving a sour taste. It's disappointing when hard work isn't recognized or compensated fairly.

Overall, my experience at iMas Finance Richards Bay was horrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive work environment or fair treatment. Hopefully, the company will take steps to address these issues for the benefit of current and future employees.

I hope the company takes responsibility for resolving outstanding payments and improving working conditions.
