Unfair treatment

My heart aches at the current situation. For a whole year, without fail, I have been making payments for something I do not possess. I pleaded with you a while back to terminate the car finance agreement since the vehicle is still at the dealership. However, you have chosen to ignore my requests as a customer and continue withdrawing money from my account. We had an agreement to exchange the car, yet a year has passed and the car has not been swapped. Do you ever consider the impact on our families, or is your sole focus on profit? It is unjust that I am paying for a car that I do not even have. 💔
