Unauthorized deductions by IMAS Short Term Insurance

I have been enquiring about different amounts deducted on my pay slip from 19th December 2023 until today. I do not have a reference for my enquiry. I need to explain my story over and over again to different people only for my calls to be forwarded and return unanswered .Emails are forwarded to Short Term Insurance but nobody is assisting. I have sent requested emails confirming cancellation of insurance so that I can be refunded as promised but nobody replies. It is day 5 today. The matter is still not resolved.
