Unauthorized amounts deducted form my pay slip by IMAS

On the 20th of December 2022 I terminated my membership with IMAS and requested to claim rewards . I allowed them to deduct R400 for my claims to be processed sooner than normal as per instruction on their terms. I numerously emailed to follow up about my rewards claim of which I only received the funds on the 17th of February 2023. I hardly check my pay slip but when I checked December 2023 pay slip I discovered that an amount of R 253.27 was deducted by IEMAS from my pay and I could not understand why. I then checked all my pay slips from January 2023 to December 2023 as my request for cancellation was sent and received in December 2022 by Zaitoon Alexander. I sent Zaitoon an email on the 19th of December 2023 requesting for clarification on the deductions, She never rep****. I contacted our company to escalate the matter. The matter was escalated to Mr. Martin Berggren who rep**** and said he will see what he can do. I followed up on the 20th of December 2023 only to get a reply from Michael Phoshoko who requested Short term insurance to assist as these deductions were for short term insurance. IMAS deducted different amounts which are not making sense and and none of those amount were the same as my previous premium before cancellation and there are 3 months of which they did not deduct anything. The total amount deducted equates to R 11,571.97. Calls are transferred and returns unanswered when put through to Short term insurance. They are not even replying on email to indicate if they are investigating the matter if they are. I really need assistance to atleast obtain clarification as to why these varying amounts were deducted after termination of membership.
