Unable to get my Natis documents

I have recently settled my vehicle loan at IMas and it has been a complete nightmare to try and get hold of anyone who can provide me with my Natis documents - does not matter how many times you call, whoever deals with the Natis documents is not available or just does not answer the phone. I have also resorted to social media asking for their assistance but to no avail. although the loan process was easy it will definitely make me think twice about engaging IMas for any loan/product going forward.
