Concern Regarding Service Delivery

My daughter met up in an accident on 1st June 2024. My broker is Imas Insurance and the vehicle is financed by Santam. The vehicle is now economical to repair and Santam is doing everything in their power to decline the claim. The way Santam treats an individual whose been in business with them for over 10 years is appalling. My biggest concern is that Imas Insurance who has been my broker for +/- 30 years and since this incident happened, I have to force an answer out of them and many times they don't come back to me. According to the Santam Broker, the insurance premium was not captured properly and surprise, surprise I'm the one that suffers.
