This is now ridiculo...

This is now ridiculous! Every month we have to enquire as to why our purchase card is not working! They don't pick up payments on their statements leading to their customers not being able to use the card! We paid our balance 3 days ago already and still iMas didn't activate our card!! PATHETIC is an understatement!!!
