They bully clients just because they have access to the salary deductions in the covid criss

They eimas financial services doesn’t care about the financial well-being of their clients. In this covid crisis I app**** for a 3 month payment break and apparently i was approved for 2 months without any notification. They took their installment in this limited or scratchy salary that we received and we desperately need to cover the past struggle to survive and worse of it it was not a full salary.

We have I have been requesting a copy of my car contact to their emails and no response. A request the 2 month approval letter that the should have sent and nothing to date. I requested a refund for June because I still have challenges and it was declined.

They dictate terms and they are bullies.
