Terrible service and no communication

Not impressed with the service I got from the. First a policy for the current vehicle was taken with contacting me, I requested the policy schedule numerous times but never received it, and I did not know how much my premium is. I eventually asked the person who worked on my car purchase application to speak to the insurance people regarding my cover but was told that they will call which they never did and he ended up sending me a 1 page summary. They deducted 3 monthly premiums at once without informing me and I went through the month with some of my debts unpaid. Lastly I got into an accident and surpringly my excess was no longer R4000 but 6500 instead due to my license being a C1, I have never heard of anything ghat ridiculous and suddenly I'm sent a full schedule 3 months later stipulating the additional excess. I am beyond ****ed with this insurance!!!!
