Hi I have sent my termination forms of membership to you but no one is willing to help me.On the 25 January 2021 I send my forms via Lephalale Iemas all I wanted to find out is that you have received them and I even sent ceveral emails and called but no one is respondinding.I'm tired of your poor service, it pains me after so many years I was your member but now this is what your doing to me, this is unacceptable.
