Termination of Membership

I submitted my membership termination form on 08/05/2015 to Nomhle Lusaseni and have filled in a Iemas Account Immediate payment form on 27/10/2015 and was in contact with Phetheni Nkuna/Ntuthuko Khuzwayo was also in contact with them in November 2015 for payout of the bonus fund payment.I have receive a email on 11/12/2015 promised the payment will be made on 15/12/2015 but was not done when I phoned Ntuthuko Khuzwayo on 17/12/2015 he told me there was some errors and at the stage there was no one to authorised further payments.So please can someone look at <br> this.And another thing every time i have phoned in someone just tells me I must wait I have no problem to wait but then must somebody work on my query.
