Termination and claiming of reserve funds

I terminated and claimed my reserved funds in December 2014 and received confirmation that I will receive the funds in my bank account at the end of the financial year end. June 23 I send email via Linda van Rooyen from the Sasolburg offices to mr Bloem but did not receive any feedback regarding when I can expect the moneys. This is not the kind of client service I expected of IEMAS after all the years I contributed to them.
