Super bad service and most annoying when they promise to come back to you and you have to hold on for hours on the phone just to find out they will follow-up and phone you back that never happend.

I have struggle to get hold of the personal after spending hours on the phone and submitting my claim after n about 2 months back still no respons and after phoning them again and told me the will phone me back and let me know what my status is of my claim still nothing .I am so disappointed in the service and the way the client must phone them every time and still got nothing out of them .Ever since we have been with iemas never received a statement ,its really super annoying and pathetic. Will never incouritch someone to use iemas as a financial broker.
