Slow service

<p>I since app**** for a loan on the 24th of January . I then got a reply the next week on the loan approval. I went to sign on the 31st of January . Normally the money reflects after 3 days from the date of signing . To this date I have not received the funds .. on Monday I was requested to send a settlement quote which I sent on the 24th and it only lasted 7 days from the 24th. So as a loyal client for years my needs weren't catered for by iemas. I'm not sure where the loans get approved, but all the necessary paper work was done @ sasolburg accordingly I believe....</p>
