Slow on feedback.

<p>I app**** for a unsecured loan on the 6th of March 2017. I was assisted by a lady called Lillian. I had to phone in to ask how far they are with my application only to find out that Lillian was off sick and gave my application to another consultant which never even phoned me. I phoned iemas again and talked to a lady called fortune and said that she will take over the application.. a day after that I was called by Wendell which got my number on one of the online application I filled in long ago. He assisted me on the existing Lillian and fortune loan on 20th which was Monday. And I still did not get feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the first I experienced this at iemas. I hope this is not a standard in this business. Hope to get feedback soon.</p>
