Shockingly Poor Service

I have been waiting for my reserve funds payment, since the beginning of August. Iemas, requested several documents, which I sent through more than 2 months back, with different parties requesting exactly the same documents as I had initially submitted. I still haven't been paid out. When calling them, one is put through to several departments, holding for hours end, then cut off. Chat support also doesn't assist. What a terrible institute. Refund me my money, which you've had for more than 5 years.
