Shocking service!

I have a personal loan with Iemas Financial Services, on my credit report it appears as having 3 active personal loans with them. I have been trying to sort this out since last year without success. I have communicated with Iemas and they promised to sort it out, LAST YEAR already, they still have not sorted it out. They don’t reply to emails, they don’t answer phone calls. I was on the phone 2hrs this morning waiting to be transferred to their accounts department, first Siya tried to put me through and then Gift. I cannot get a hold of them, I don’t know what to do anymore...this is disturbing!
