settle your car but they still deduct

I sold my GWM and the car was settled on 07/01/2016, and at the end of January they deducted another payment on a settled account, then there is forms and, and, and to get your money back and excuses of upgraded systems and,and, they are quick to take your money but not to refund,<br> <br> another is i bought a new car and had to finance it through wesbank because IEMAS is closed over Christmas period, and when i tried to add it to my insurance , they informed me they never deducted and they have now canceled my insurance, and if i want to add it i must either repay the outstanding that they did not deduct or open a new policy witch i opted for and the policy was from the 04/01/2016 and i was not happy with the premium so i shopped around and got a better policy from Discovery and canceled my iemas policy on the 11/01/2016 and then iemas insurance deducted R4488 for a weeks insurance and this is ridiculous in any way you think about it and queried it and was promised a refund but still no refund from them either, so they deduct a total of R10 000 from me and now i battle to get it back from them,i have been a iemas member fom 1997 and shocked .
