Service beyond Excellent
My sincere gratitude goes to Mr Alfred Qalinge and Ms Bonolo Shuping. I app**** for an Iemas card and had some hiccups, they did not treat me like a stats, but a true human being. their advise, calls, email and smses made me valued. Its being a long time since a financial institution made me feel this important. within a week i am a proud Iemas member and card holder...wife is happy, m happy. n we plan using them for all our financial needs. Happy Glen.
