Service bad,deduction from my payslip without loan

I app**** for a loan at this company as their consultants are always based in our company.So I waited for a loan and when I ask them they said my application was not succesfull.Come month end Imas deduct R968.00 from my payslip ,I went to inform them and they said is insurance how come they approve insurance that I didn't apply.And I asked them to cancell that stop order they said they will,second month they deducted again,when I inform them they said they will cancel and refund me. They only deducted in march 2023 and april 2022 for 2 and it was canceled. Since I have been on their back for refund and they still didn't refund me.They requested my bankstatement and I'd for refund but still didn't receive anything until now we approaching September.Worst part they still want new clients at work but still have unfinished business that's the thing that ****es me worse.I approached Lerato Mabalane,the consultant that helped me and is the one I have send my refund documents to and she still don't give me a solid answer.I looks like I won't get my money back,and I really need it. PLEASE HELP
