Salary Deduction not stopped

On 28 February 2015 I app**** for debt review, the debt counsellor did the assessment and found that I am indeed over indebted. Form 17(1) and Form 17(2) was sent to all creditors, upon receiving these forms all debit orders and salary deductions must stop according to the National Credit Act No 34 of 2005, chapter 4, Part D, section 84 (1)(a)(b)(c), where it states that any agreement between the credit provider and consumer falls away, the consumer are not required to make any payment required under the agreement and that all and any deduction must be stopped! Proposals have been sent and accepted but still no correspondence sent to my payroll department to stop deducting. Iemas is not acting in good faith nor are they following the NCA rules on debt review. I am getting my salary on the 25th and the deduction will yet again be done. Will Iemas refund me as they are included in the debt review and will also receive payment through the appointed PDA. I want this matter resolved immediately please! Or it will leave me no choice as to lodge a complaint with the NCR as well as the Ombudsman. I am utterly disgusted with the service and ignorance of Iemas staff regarding this matter.
