RONNY NJUZA

So I'm trying to ascertain as to what the percentage is for the interest that I am paying back on my loan. I get through to a guy called RONNY NJUZA FROM VAN DER BJIL PARK. He tells me that initially it was 28% but has now gone down to 24%. The figures don't add up so I ask him to calculate 28% of my initial debt. He blatantly says; without mincing his words "That would be a waste of my time" .. I'm not even looking at this from angle of how consultants in customer service should speak to people but I'm looking at it from a general HUMAN POLITENESS angle. Listen, I don't even speak to my child like that,... If I lived in that area I would bleksem that disrespectful guy from here to Timbuktu and back. Yazini, go through my LinkedIn profile and you shall find that before joining DHL I worked in Media. I'm not one of those customers who make baseless threats about going to Media.
