I paid IEMAS in full and settle them on the 12 February 2018.
the below was their consultant ask me to pay R613.20 as indicate below: IEMAS Bank Details: FNB,Account No ********** 0281,Branch code 253145, Ref No : ********** Amount R613.20.
I was surprise on the 23 February IEMAS deducted a car instalment that was paid in full and I went reject the debit order.
No I check my payslip for March 2018 IEMAS deducted R293.20. Last time when I speak to their consultant Mahlatsi Phoofolo she told me that their writte-off this because the account was settle.
IEMAS stop what you doing. I settle you in full and I have the email that you confirm that I don't owe you. why now you deduct R293.2 in my payslip who can you the right to do that.
