Rewards not worth the hassle

I have sent MULTIPLE emails, sent MULTIPLE signed forms, phoned MULTIPLE times without any answer... Looks like no one is working in the rewards department... concerning.

The funny thing also is... Every time I sent an email, I got a different reason or a different form, or for the lazy ones that responded, I only got a generic response (Got a few like that actually).

If you are looking to move to Iemas because they offer rewards... they don't because you will see it on a statement and thats how far the rewards go...
