Requested to pay before loan can be considered
I am a previous member of Iemas and my loan is paid up. I have fallen into a financial situation and urgently need assistance, but because my loan is paid up, Iemas paid me back R600 in 2013. Now, before I can apply for a loan (before it can even be considered) I have to pay the R600 back. If I were in a position to make un-budgeted payments, I would not be applying for a loan. I had to follow up with the consultant as well as call credit control before I was informed of the R600, I submitted my application 3 days ago and only got feedback when I inquired. I read the compliments on Helopeter and see that even people who are under debt review are successful with IEMAS, but I cannot be assisted until this money is paid back? Is there any way I can be assisted as I urgently need the loan and IEMAS is the best option for me at this stage. PLEASE HELP

It looks like you cancelled your membership hence you got the reserve fund paid back to you. In order to be a member again you would have to pay back the reserve fund.
