Request for settlement offer

If only I could give Iemas no star because they don't even deserve that one star. I've been trying to get hold of you since last year (even before that) as I've been trying to settle my account. I believe I was unfairly listed but I wanted to close the account. I get no response until yesterday when I got a statement from some company showing amounts I have no clue of. When I queried it I was told "If you are not happy phone Iemas Vanderbijl Park."
