Request for assistance with Debt Review process

Dear IMAS,

I have been a loyal client of yours for many years and have consistently met my monthly payment obligations without issue. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen financial difficulties, we had no choice but to enter into Debt Review.

We have now been under Debt Review for four months, but your delay in accepting the proposed offer is creating significant challenges for us. This delay is preventing the Debt Review company from initiating payments to our other creditors, as your acceptance is a necessary step in the process.

Additionally, deductions are still being made from my payslip for the past three months, which has placed us in an extremely difficult financial position and is hindering our ability to move forward with the restructuring plan.

I kindly ask for your urgent assistance in resolving this matter so we can proceed with the Debt Review process and begin to make progress toward settling our debts.
