Refusing to supply me the Natis document

I am very frustrated with this company who are refusing to supply me with the Natis papers. I don't owe this company a cent and I want the original Natis document so I can register the car on my name. The papers are not yours and if someone can help me where I can file a formal complaint against this company I would really appreciate it.
